The Company’s capital structure was created though investments by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) through the NORUM Venture Fund. The bank interest in the capital structure of the Company is 27.5%. With the help of a strategic investor, the cooperation modernized already in-place and constructed new production capacities and provided them with high-tech equipment. 

Competence in financial management, strict control, and stability of growth in output and sales over the last five years have all contributed to the development of our Company’s image as a solid partner with legal agencies.

As a member of the “White List” of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation (SCC of Russia), the Company has the right to apply a simplified shipment manifesting procedure.

 “White Lists” were originally drawn up by the SCC of Russia as an experiment. On the recommendation of the Administration of Kaliningrad Oblast and after such lists of companies had been made and verified by the SSC of Russia, the companies which had proved their due diligence in conformity with the requirements imposed by the SSC of Russia were made known.

With ownership of production facilities in Kaliningrad, Produkty Pitania represents the major investor and employer in Kaliningrad Oblast. The Company contributes significantly to the development and increased investment appeal of not only Kaliningrad Oblast but also the country as a whole.  Produkty Pitania contributes to the shaping of a Russian up-to-date process-industry complex and to the development of a civilized consumer market in Russia.
